Every commercial job starts with the drawings and the schedule. We walk the space, confirm the load and the service size, and plan the work around your opening date, your other trades and your tenants. We pull the permits for our work and coordinate with the utility (BGE across most of our area) when a service change or new meter is involved. When the job is done, you get one point of contact for the next tenant change, the next lighting update or the next emergency call.
We pull our permits, coordinate with inspectors and with BGE on service upgrades, and keep the general contractor in the loop from rough-in to close-out. The same team is open 24/7, so if something fails after you've moved in, you already know who to call.
